As The Mission of Winter Haven continues to grow, so does the need of support services directly to our guests. Addressing needs in a comprehensive manner produces positive results.  The Mission is a continued cycle of serving.  This cycle is why we are always seeking opportunities to reach the full potential of the organization, those served and those serving alongside, while creatively and strategically responding to the evolving needs of our community. We believe in on-going training, education, activities, motivation, and support.  We have gone from being seen as a simple soup kitchen that only addressed the needs of the hungry, to becoming a complete support system for housed and unhoused individuals.
